The orchestration agent coordinates multiple specialized agents — e.g. forecasting, risk scoring, resource optimization — sequencing them into cohesive workflows. Oscar can break down complex requests into multi-step actions, interact dynamically with your Planisware environment, and even plan and execute tasks autonomously when context allows.

Planisware includes several preconfigured AI agents out of the box, and additional agents can be easily set up in the “AI Agents” administration section. Thanks to zero-code agent design, defining new agent logic only requires describing the desired outcome in plain language (no coding needed). The orchestration agent handles coordination among those sub-agents, ensuring your composed workflows run coherently across modules.
